From 1980 to 1989, Ms. Vourakis was President of Davies Associates, a staffing firm with a rich history of information technology search assignments since 1964.  Davies Associates was purchased in 1989 and Ms. Vourakis relocated the organization to Northern Virginia and incorporated the company as ZanExec LLC and narrowed the concentration of corporate efforts to address the specific needs of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
